Grape: Lagrein
Vineyards: Our Lagrein is grown on our soft slope located above Bolzano. The land is alluvial in origin and has mainly clay-loam soil, rich in minerals.
Vinification: Drained from our best Lagrein grapes, fermented in steel tanks for 7-8 days. After the malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 4 months on the lees.
Description: Light red/pink in color with small red fruit aroma. Nice acidity and refreshing in the mouth.
Goes well: Pairs well with an aperitivo. Also goes nicely with fresh salmon or sea bass.
Serve: Cool, 12-13° C
