The art of transforming the best grapes into prestigious wines is something that we have in our blood. The viticulture area, state of the vine and soil are, however, essential conditions. The specificity of our Superiore line is the result of the reduction of excess fruit crop and perfect wine making in the cellar.

full-bodied, rich wine with a very appealing, typical, delicate bouquet of violets, vanilla and black woodland fruits
with full flavoured first courses, typical South Tyrolean cold platters consisting of speck, sausage and Alpine cheeses, as well as with smoked fish or simply an its own as an aperitif or for social drinking.
Serve: Cool, just below room temperature, 16 - 18° C.
